What is BaliTropical.com  ?
BaliTropical.com is our free Online Hotel Reservation service. It hosts our most competitive database of hotels and tours in and around Bali  and gives you instant access to detailed information about the hotels and other travel service.

How does the hotel reservation work ?
If You are interested in one of our holiday hotel offers please fill out our 
Reservation Form and we will check for You the availability and the other requests. Soon we got the confirmation we will inform you if your requested hotel is available. The you can decide to book your holiday hotel.

What is the meaning of filling and sending the reservation form ?
You agree with the Terms and Conditions of BaliTropical.com and fully responsible for its consequency.
 

How is the payment function ?
After we inform You that Your requested hotel is available we will send Yau also a e-mail with the payment details. Payments can be made by credit card, bank cheque, bank transfer or money order.
At this time, Banks in Indonesia donít have e-commerce support for real online billing transactions.
For the billing of Your Credit Card in Indonesia  and to secure Your booking we require:
A credit card authorization, back + front copy of Your credit card and valid passport copy as your agreement to us to charge your credit card. It is the safest way for You and for us. Then we can charge only the amout of Your credit card which is writen on the credit card authorization form. It safes You and us also the commissions of foreign e-comerce banks and so we can provide you the cheapest hotel rates in Bali.
 

What is included on the room rates ?
It is included tax and service charge. Breakfast (American Breakfast, Continental Breakfast or Indonesian Breakfast) and transfer are not included unless mentioned.  Please be aware of surcharge during peak and high season and type of rooms in order to avoid discrepancy in rooms charges.

What Bank Fees and currency exchange rates are used for this transaction ?
All rates are quoted in US Dollar. However, all transactions will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah and the exchange rate is based on the time of transaction. 
 

How do we get a confirmation for our reservation ?
When your reservation confirm, you will receive a confirmation slip as a final statement from us for the status of your reservation at the respective hotel. The confirmation slip is usually sent by email unless you want another way. Please print the confirmation slip and bring it together with you when you come to Bali, Indonesia. You have to show the confirmation slip to reservation officer of the respective hotel for clarification upon check in.
Note : If you have a difficult with the reservation officer of the hotel, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistant.

Airport pick-up service and Hotel transfer ?
Our Tour Guide can pick you up directly at the airport
(usualy after the customs at the arrival area, outside airport) and while he is there he can assist you with any problems or questions. Our tour Guide will be happy to assist with any of your arrangements. If you prefer, we can arrange for our Tour guide to meet you directly at your hotel by appointment and he can brief you there as to your best itinerary, and answer any questions you may have in person at that time.
